An appraisal of a 200-plus acre parcel on Crow Hill owned by the State Land Board was the first step in determining a purchase price.   Park County’s offer was rejected by SLB who decided to retain ownership of the parcel until the real estate market improved.  The LWTF Board is looking for other projects that could lead to recreational opportunities while preserving water resources in the Bailey area.
