EPSON MFP imageTrout Habitat and Migration Study
This is study has been going on for several years and started in 2013. This study studies the movement patterns of fish between Spinney Reservoir and the Middle Fork. They are using specialized RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) equipment to monitor fish movement. The RFID stations were installed after being modified to use solar power. The first year many stations were damaged because of flooding. This study provides data on fish movement and whether specific stream improvements really work.
